About Me.....

Kevonya Elzia RN Integrative Wellness Coach

My name is Kevonya Elzia, MA, RN, and I am an Integrative Healing Coach & Trainer. I have worked in the medical field for 24 years, 20 as a Registered Nurse.

While working as an RN, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services to focus on understanding the role social paradigms, system structures, and institutional policy play in connection to the Vital Condition gaps that exist in our society. I then went on to obtain a Master’s degree in Integrative Health to research ways to heal through individual and collective processes that address the root cause of the struggles we face in our daily lives and see in our communities.

We are all impacted by the familial, cultural, institutional, and societal narratives we have internalized. My work focuses on engaging individuals within private, classroom, community, and organizational settings on a journey of healing. My mission for HEALTHIE Pathways is to support intergenerational healing, so that all people may thrive in ways that are meaningful to them.

My Why

I do this work to heal wounds generations of old & generations yet to come. I do this work to honor the stories of survival, resilience, and heartache shared with me throughout the years.

  • I do this work as a nurse who has had to fight for my patients to be heard and their needs honored.

  • The daughter of a person with a complex medical history and absolutely NO trust in the medical system as a result of her experiences.

  • The wife of a veteran who has NO trust in vaccines.

  • A patient who’s been in a medical visit where someone was knocking on the door to tell my doctor to hurry up.

  • As a staff member who has had to fight organizational bureaucracy, hierarchy & ego to get my patients & fellow staff members’ needs met.

I do this work as a legacy to my mother & a gift to my niece.
